Motivation

Irgendwie spüre ich heute eine starke innere Motivation. Ich denke das hängt vor allem damit zusammen, dass ich in der letzten Woche einige wichtige Sachen für die Hochschule erledigt habe und der Druck an zu erledigenden Aufgaben sich reduziert hat. Der Rest scheint nun viel leichter und dieses Gefühl möchte ich nutzen. Als erstes versetze ich gleich nach dem Duschen mein Zimmer wieder in einen Angenehmen Zustand und ab Morgen versuche ich mich erneut an der SGD und zum ersten mal an einen Trainingsplan zum Joggen, da ich mir Schwimmen momentan nicht wirklich leisten kann. Irgendetwas sagt mir heute das ich es schaffen kann. Außerdem habe ich mir vorgenommen die SGD diesmal durchzuziehen, auch wenn ich an einigen Tagen scheitern sollte, was machmal einfach nicht zu vermeiden ist, wenn man sein soziales Leben nicht vernachlässigen will. Ich habe schon einmal fast 20 kg abgenommen, ich weiß, dass ich es schaffen kann.
